You can expect the initial pre-construction process to be between 5-6 months. After pre-construction has been completed, the building process can take anywhere from 5-8 months.

Yes! We are able to work with those who already have land to build on, and help those find the perfect fit if they do not already own land. Reach out to get started.

How do I get started?

You can get started by filling out the questionnaire below. This will help our team get a better idea of your timeline, budget, land, and other specifications. Once this has been completed, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a site visit, or help you with finding land.
